What Flick Goal is

Flick Goal is a free-kick soccer game published by Lion Studios, the mobile label behind Mr Bullet and Happy Glass. It arrived on Poki in June 2025 and also exists as a phone app. There is no full match and no running around: each level puts a kid in a T-shirt behind the ball, a goal somewhere in front of him, and some obstacle in the way. Your only job is to draw the flight of the ball so it bends around the trouble and ends up in the net.

How to shoot

You draw the shot with a single motion. Click and hold on the ball, drag out the path you want it to follow, and let go to strike it. The curve you trace becomes the curve of the ball, so a line that sweeps out to the side and back in produces a banana kick, while a short straight line gives a direct shot. On a phone or tablet you do the same with your finger on the screen.

Levels and settings

Levels are grouped into themed places, and the build contains a long list of them: narrow back streets in daytime and at night, two-way and four-way street junctions, a rooftop, a beach, ancient ruins, a farm in summer and a snowy winter version of it, a New York scene, a full stadium and even a basketball court. The level files show what can change from stage to stage:

• some goals are open, while others are guarded by a goalkeeper who moves along the line;
• walls and other objects block the direct route, and the game tracks when your ball hits a wall;
• certain levels limit how many balls you get or put you on a timer;
• other stages pit you against an opponent and ask you to beat his score;
• special levels and a reward room break up the regular run with prizes to win.

Coins and customization

Scoring earns coins, which you spend in the customize section. The shop holds two kinds of cosmetics: outfits for your player, and balls. Both are sorted by rarity into common, uncommon and premium groups, and a few balls only come in packs. The game nudges you toward that section when something new can be unlocked, and matching a player skin with a ball is purely for looks.

Tips

• Start the line from the ball and keep it smooth. A jittery drag gives a wobbly path that rarely ends where you meant.
• Aim for the corner farthest from the keeper. A path that curls in late leaves him less time to reach it.
• When a wall stands in the middle, it is usually quicker to bend around one side than to look for a gap.
• On timed or limited-ball stages, do not rush the first attempt. One clean, well-planned curve is worth more than three quick misses.
